When a group of four close-knit ten-year-olds band together to form a secret club, they become the Little Cobras, and as they burst onto the screen each of their hair-raising escapades leads us down a path to another hilarious family adventure. Lets meet them: Marla (Kathren Laurents) is the one who takes charge. She is the one who makes their plans, has her brown belt in karate and can hold her own with the guys in the group. Marias parents are divorced and she lives with her mother. Her father (Jay Richardson )Original Intent, (Honeymoon in Vegas), is an undercover Detective who always finds time for work and never finds time for his family. Derek (Jake Richardson Honey We Shrunk Ourselves, Problem Child III) can skateboard with the best of them. Though he has a terrible crush on Marla, she is also his best friend. Derek lives with his father, who stopped work and started drinking shortly after Jakes mother passed away. Timothy (Jeffery Wood - TVs In The House) is the brains of the group and comes from a loving household. He is a sweet nerdy character with a lot more brains than rhythm; this becomes apparent when he attempts to play his saxophone in the school band. However, being a computer genius Timothy, can get in and out of any computer including those used by the police. This makes him a key member of the Cobras, especially when it comes to tracking down bad guys. Rico (Aldo Menjivar - TVs Parenthood) is the skeptic of the group. After his older brother moves out he is the man of the household for his single mother, who must work two jobs in order take care of the bills. His ultimate goal is to become a rap star. Rico is constantly trying to teach Timothy how to move to the groove, but the task seems almost impossible until he recruits the help of their school's handyman, Mr."Groove Meister" Hutchins, a man of many hidden talents.
